Marketing PhD Alumnus is Honored at ACR Conference

Paul Connell, Marketing Ph.D. Graduate '08, received the Ferber Award Honorable Mention for his dissertation article at the annual ACR (Association for Consumer Research) Conference. The Ferber award recognizes the best JCR (Journal for Consumer Research) article based on a doctoral dissertation in the most recent year. Twenty-seven articles were eligible this year.

Paul's co-author and Marketing Professor Merrie Brucks won the Ferber Award in 1984 for her dissertation article, "The Effects of Product Class Knowledge on Information Search Behavior."
