The Marketing Department, through its course offerings, experiential learning opportunities provided by the various clubs (AdCats, AMA, AAF, EPSC) and through competitions and student related conferences (AdFAIR, Thinking Forward) exposes students to real-world issues, challenges and opportunities, so as to best prepare them for their professional futures. These activities also help bring students face-to-face with business leaders and industry executives and facilitate learning and building their professional networks.

In 2015-16 academic year alone, the Marketing Department spent close to $60,000 to support these activities. We need your assistance to continue to provide such quality experiences to our students. Your contributions will be used for the following:

  • To offset student expenses (hotel stays, transportation, meals, supplies, etc.) incurred during industry fieldtrips and participation in national and international competitions and conferences
  • To provide stipends and scholarships to the most deserving  students

The Marketing Department at Eller has long been known for excellence in research and teaching in Marketing. Our faculty research has shed fundamental insights into business problems and has transformed and will continue to transform tomorrows business practices. They bring to the classroom their knowledge and experience, which motivates and inspires students in their marketing and business careers. Your generosity will be used to:

  • Sustain current programs
  • Create a development fund for launching promising teaching and research initiatives
  • Secure software, hardware, equipment, and technology enhancements for teaching and research activities
